Appling, Ga. (WFXG) — More than a dozen candidates running for Georgia state offices were at Clarks Hill Lake Friday to meet with labor union leaders from across the state. Candidates FOX54 spoke with say the event was a great way to connect with labor leaders to hear about some of the issues most important to workers. “There’s a shortage of skilled labor. We should be working shoulder to shoulder with you,” says Nicole Horn, candidate for Labor Commissioner.
